No mobile data

Hi All, my iphone 5s works fine for voice calls and wifi but i cant use mobile data. 4g is shown and with good strength.

i have checked provider and all is ok , had a new sim fitted, soft reboot, hard reboot as new phone but still no mobile data. any hints will be greatly appreciated
