Can't purchase Apple Music subscription for a two days already

Just take my money and allow me to listen to music!

Can't proceed payment even on Mac and iPhone.

The third day and nothing changed. I even can't call to support because i live in Belarus and there is NO SUPPORT IN OUR COUNTRY!
