Why my apple watch did not receive the update ?

it is 4 days since apple release all updates and my apple watch has not update , my iPhone 6 is on new OS.

apple watch app still says 2.2 software up to date

Hi

If beta profiles are installed on your iPhone and/or Apple Watch, delete them and restart both devices.

Have you removed them from both devices and then restarted both devices?

In that case, it may help to unpair and re-pair your watch, choosing to Restore from Backup if offered the option during set up.
