Q: No apps will open on my Apple TV

NO apps will open on my Apple Tv.  Updated to iOS 10 a few days ago and everything was fine.  Now, not a single app will open.   Tried restarting, no luck.

    Try the following steps for the Apple TV 4, check whether things are working after each step where appropriate, before trying the next.

    1. Restart the Apple TV (Settings > System > Restart).
    2. Restart the Apple TV by removing ALL the cables for 30 seconds.
    3. Restart your router. (Also try removing it’s power cord for at least 30 seconds)
    4. Reset the Apple TV (Settings > System > Reset > Reset all settings)
    5. Restore the Apple TV (Settings > System > Reset > Restore)

    That doesn't work.

     

    Seems to be  the tvOs 10 the issue for some users, after i updated the device,  in my case as soon as i go to the tab top charts the store doesn't work anymore, you have to reset and then navigate without going there. I also try restoring  the device through iTunes, i navigate for a while without going to top charts, the store  works, i went there and didn't work anymore, i don't think even helps to take to some apple store, i think this needs some update  to solve the problem.

    Contact Apple Support and open a ticket.  It is a problem and they are not aware of it and it seems to only affect users outside of USA.

     

    I reverted back to 9.2.2 to get back to normal.
