Display Stripes/Lines and Fading

Hi Guys..

I am using apple iPhone 5S 16GB. Its running on iOS 9.3.3. Its been two years now and all of a sudden while using my phone the display started showing stripes/lines of different colors.

I initially thought it is a software issue and I have reset my phone and nothing happened. Then I restored with iTunes still the same issue. Then I have replaced with another display, it was fine for a couple of minutes and then the new display also started showing stripes/lines. Please tell me what could be the possible problem and give me a solution.
