After the iOS upgrade this week all of my text replacement shortcuts are gone. Is there a way to restore them from another device with iCloud?

Hold down the EMOJI icon for about 2 seconds and make sure predictive is on. If that doesn't work Settings > General > Keyboard > Predicitve (make sure prdictive is on)
Thank you. Was hoping that was the fix, but it is on. The feature I'm having trouble restoring is Settings>General>Keyboard>Text Replacement. I had saved a couple dozen text replacement shortcuts (dec = December, tue = Tuesday). They are all gone. They used to sync across devices through iCloud. Now they're all gone and haven't restored from any device I haven't upgraded. Thanks for your help. I appreciate it.
