I have updated the OS my iPhone 5S to iOS 10. After that at the charging time it is heating too much. Also when I disconnected from charging it is heating. Battery is discharging very fast. Please help.

After performing a major iOS update and restore, the phone needs to download and sync many apps and files. This is quite intensive for the CPU and results in warm operation. Give it time to stabilize.
If you are not seeing "Overheating" warning displayed on the screen, or the phone is not automatically slowing down or shutting off to cool down, it is not overheating.
