Siri can't find company entries in Contacts

I have an company entry in my Contacts for "Delta Airlines". If I ask Siri to "Call Delta Airlines" she searches the web. I tried "Call Delta", "Call Delta Airlines from contacts" also with the same results. Since the number is in the contact as a "work" number, I tried "Call Delta Airlines at work". She said, "I didn't find any matching airlines." WTH?

I'm using Delta as an example, but have other companies, too. It seems to generally work well for entries with First and Last name, but not companies. Are there any tricks to make Siri not quite so dumb on this?

This happened in iOS 9 and now 10.

My theory is no one working at Apple uses Siri to calls companies. I hate useless inputs to a thread and am sorry, I just had to vent. I like the ones where people say something like "I don't have an iPhone but my sister's friend's mailman has an iPhone and he's never said he has a problem so it must be something you are doing ....". Apple's support has always been just slightly better than crap. Most of the support is driven by the user base which has been substantially dumbed down over the last 5-10 years. The community was much more focused and helpful and I'm sure there is still good stuff in there. I haven't been more than a few times in the last few years when I'm looking for a solution because I haven't found anything of use.
