Workout error??

Question

Workout error??

I don't appear to have the 'QuickStart' option available when I open the Workout App. Does anyone have any ideas why not?

Hi Doug

The workouts that you do most often appear automatically as Quick Start options in the Workout app.

If you have not yet done so, it may help to update your iPhone and Apple Watch to the latest software, starting with your iPhone:

Hi Jonathan

Many thanks for your response. I have already done both of the updates so I think I'll just have to wait until I've done a few walks with the new software to see if it then adds it as a quick start option....
