After updating to iOS 10.0.1 my phone will often not vibrate nor play the incoming iMessage notification sound when locked. The issue only occurs when the phone is locked and the mute switch is in the "off" position. The message appears on the lock screen, but the phone fails to vibrate and make the notification sound.
If the phone's mute switch is on, the phone will vibrate normally when locked. If the phone is unlocked, notifications work normally with the mute switch "on" or "off".
I have done a normal and force restart, and I have confirmed that Do Not Disturb is disabled and all the notification settings are enabled. I am currently using an iPhone 6 running iOS 10.0.1.
Has anyone else noticed this issue?
