I installed IOS 10 yesterday and my contacts freezes and at times it crashes. HELP!
Also, my notes app was crashing every time. I fixed that one by editing a note on my desktop icloud!!!

Yes I tried resetting and restoring iPhone 6
And tried restarting several times
If you tried signing out of your iCloud account, then signing back in and it didn't work, my next suggestion would be to contact Apple Support.

This issue is not resolved on my iPhone yet. If anyone finds a resolution, please share with us!
I have the same problem and I'm sick of resetting my phone .. :-( solution provided by Apple it's not acceptable. Please fix this!
Send Apple feedback. They won't answer, but at least will know there is a problem or a suggestion for change. If enough people send feedback, it may get the problem/suggested change solved sooner.
