After IOS10 update bold letters option only works with English keyboard.
it doesn't work with foreign languages. anyone else noticed that and was able to fix?

waiting for the apple official fixed it.

AAnything that requires keyboard i.e text messages, WhatsApp etc..

I Even tried it on 6+ and still not working.
Just in case someone else come across this issue, I found the reason
for why it happened to me- bold letters only work with default font size.
if you increase the size of the font it won't work. That's a bug in apple's design I think
