i updated my Apple Watch to OS3 and now when I push the button under the dial, my dock screens come up and my contact screen is no where to be found. Furthermore, in my watch app on my iPhone, I can no longer see "friends" to add contacts to my favorites. Please help! Without this, I can not make a call or text from my watch because there are no contacts in it.

Under watchOS 3, the Friends feature (which was available under prior versions) is no longer included and there is no direct replacement for it.
When placing calls or sending new messages, contacts can instead be selected via the Phone and Messages apps or by using Siri:
