cant find airplay with airport express but working well with apple tv

Same Problem with my iPhone 5S and IPad Mini after upgrading to IOS 10. 😟
Airport Express Firmware: 7.6.7
i thing software problem because other phone ok
IPad Air iOS 9 works fine, but iPad Pro on iOS 10 can not see airplay on airport express. APE is visible to airport utility on both devices.
You can stream to audio-only devices in the Music app. Open current song play and on the bottom there is an airplay button. The Airplay on the control center has become restricted to full iPhone mirroring.

so what happens if you don't use Music App and instead use Spotify? I can no longer see any of my airplay devices unless I'm in Music......which I don't use. Any help appreciated.
try with harry_h no need usw music app u can use spotify it work
It's a software issue, I spent 90min on the phone to support who have passed it on to tech who are supposed be doing something about it, that was two weeks ago..........
