Sep 18, 2016 1:10 AM in response to Bobeliciousby bobseufert,★HelpfulTry a force start. The method has been changed for the iPhone 7 so I'm including a quote from the iPhone User Guide. If the forced start (reset) doesn't work take the phone back to the Apple Store.
“Force restart iPhone. If iPhone isn’t responding, hold down these buttons at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears:
The Sleep/Wake button and the Volume down button (iPhone 7 and iPhone 7 Plus)”

Sep 18, 2016 1:12 AM in response to bobseufertby Bobelicious,Thank you for your help! I was doing the force restart wrong, but even doing it right it didn't solved the problem. I'll be taking the iPhone to the Apple Store tomorrow, but thank you anyway!
