Static Share Through

I just looked over at my locked phone to see the time. When I pushed on my unlock button I saw what appeared to be a music/video play screen instead of my wallpaper stating a URL static.sharethrough.com. Anyone have any idea what this is about??? Has my phone just been compromised, or is some new part of the update??
