the gpu is on the SoC(system on a chip) together with the main cpu which is arm based
iPhone 7 has the A10 version which here is said to have a gpu called https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/IPhone_7 hexa-core GPU
apple always used PowerVR gpu tech so likely it's PowerVR Series7XT Plus
