Q: Updating to iOS 10 with Windows XP

I have an older PC with Windows XP, Media Center, SP3 (cannot afford to update or buy a new PC...on disability 8+ yrs).  It has iTunes 12.1.3.6 installed.  Every time I try to update my iPad or iPhone to iOS 10, iTunes indicates that I need iTunes v12.1.2 and offers me a button to download it, but when I click it, nothing happens.

Where can I download this version of iTunes for Windows XP?

iPhone 6s, Windows XP, iTunes 12.1.2; iPad

Could you post a screenshot of the erroneous message that iTunes is giving you? Anyway, iTunes 12.1.2 was released in April 2015 and could not support iOS 9, much less iOS 10. The sad fact is that Apple no longer supports XP, and you would need a PC running Windows 7 or higher (or a Macintosh) to install iTunes 12.5.1 for iOS 10 support.
