Q: Apple ID disabled for "unknown"

My AppleID has now been disabled since around Feb 2016, it's now September18-2016 and after numerous calls and emails with Apple Support nothing has changed. Each support person gets me to a Tier2 Sepport person who puts me on hold for 17minutes of the 21minute call and always ends by promising that my AppleID would be unlocked within the hour. It obviously never happens! I haven't forgotten or lost any passwords or brain cells and have been an Apple Developer since 1982 and Filemaker Developer since 1992.

So, even though it has a Credit of $8.50, has a valid Card on file, it does Not allow neither I nor my kids to purchase anything, let alone update over 127apps who have all not updated for as long as 8 months at this point.

I would dump the account and start over with a different one but there are lots and lots of dollars invested in applications I use on a daily basis.

 

I can't be the only person this is happening to for "AppleID disabled for unknown", so anyone who has direct knowledge please chime in. It is Not for Security reason or forgotten or lost passwords or any of the common issues, so there's no point to chiming in for those issues...
