Thank you for using the Apple Support Communities. I know having an issue with location in Safari is not what you expect. The good news is the following steps will be helpful in resolving your issue with your iPhone and get location working again in Safari.
1. First, check that the settings for Location Services for Safari are correct in Settings > Privacy > Location Services and then restart your device as the shut down and start up process is important to keep the iOS software running properly:

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch
2. The next step is to back up your personal data and Reset All Settings from Settings > General > Reset on your device. This resets all of your device’s settings like Wallpaper, Sounds, Display & Brightness, Background App Refresh, Date & Time, and removes all of your previously used Wi-Fi networks and passwords.
