I see that since you have updated to iOS 10, your Jabra Rox bluetooth headphones won't pair with your iPhone 5s. That's certainly not something that I would want to have happening. Especially if it worked with a previous iOS release. I'm happy to help you with this issue.
First, please make sure that you have followed the pairing instructions on Jabra's website for your iPhone 5s:
