suddenly I can't access the internet

couple weeks ago, out of no were a had no access to the internet. I can use the internet from my iphone and other laptops. only my macbook pro who I can not access to the internet.

I try to call apple or chat with them but they said my technical support expaired.


please help me.

If you hold the option key and click on your WiFI icon in upper right>run the Wireless Diagnostics and see if there is a clue in the report.

s your wifi card being recognized here?


It should give you information about the interface


as well It should tell you something about your current Network information
