We understand that you have been unable to listen to Beats 1 within iTunes after updating. Beats 1 is an amazing station to stream; we’re here to help.
The first step we would like you to complete would be to sign out of iTunes on your PC. After you sign out, restart your computer and then sign back in to iTunes. Instructions for signing out and in to iTunes on your PC can be found in the following article.

After signing out, restarting, and signing back in, test Beats 1 in iTunes to see if it plays as expected.
