Q: whats happened to the low power mode function on los 10?

upgraded my iPad Pro to iOS 10 and the low power mode function seems to have disappeared from settings. I found this feature useful.

Do Apple plan to re instate this in a future update.

Also with imessaging cants seem to get the words to transition or use any fun backgrounds. Is this coming in a future los update?
