exporting photos from mac to iPhone

so out of no where over 100 photos have been transferred to my iPhone 6 from my Mac. I already have those 100+ photos on my phone and now have them twice. I want to know how I can export those photos from my iPhone.

For photos synced to your device, in order to delete them from your device you have to connect to your computer and unsync them.

For photos in your Camera Roll album you can delete them via the Photos app.
