iCloud Drive on Windows

I am using iCloud Drive on my Windows computer and I have two hard drives in that computer; a 128 GB SSD and a 1 TB HD. I was wondering is there anyway I can store all my iCloud files on that secondary drive since I have about 34 GB of files.
