I am having one heck of a time trying to manage my storage space on mostly the ipad mini. When I connect it to my laptop and on the left it shows my ipad connected I cannot click on it like I used to and it would show me how much storage space I had left etc. There is no Photo tab anywhere. This also happens on my iphone 6s I just cannot remove the photos from either device no matter how much I try short of going through all 5000 of them and selecting each individual one and trying to delete them that way in the photos app. and even then some I cannot remove !! I am at the point of erasing and restoring both devices and starting over because this is so aggravating.
What am I missing here ? As a side note these devices have been synched with multiple computers if that helps
