Q: I have trouble signing on my Administrator account since I got new Internet service. My apps (iCloud, Internet Account, Mail) doesn't work either. And I can't carry over my Administrator account with my new Internet service (Fios).

Have you tried restarting the router?

Try running this program and then copy and paste the output in a reply. The program was created by Etresoft, a frequent contributor. Please use copy and paste as screen shots can be hard to read. Hi, I have tried to download the file “EtreCheck.zip” but Safari could not because my disk doesn’t have enough free space. And said to try deleting documents or downloading to another disk. Can you tell me where can I go? Thank You.
