I've been searching the discussion posts looking for an answer, but to no avail. I have been trying to update to the latest iTunes 12.5 so I can download the new IOS 10 to my iPhone 6. But...although in the app store it shows I have downloaded it several times, it is no where on my iMac...and I'm still running the 12.4 iTunes.
What am I missing? Thank you for your help!!!

Try iTunes: download the latest version.

What I ended up doing is trying once again from the Apple website and downloading from there. For some reason, it worked this time and was able to not only update to the latest iTunes, but also download IOS10...

What I ended up doing is trying once again from the Apple website and downloading from there. For some reason, it worked this time and was able to update to the latest iTunes...so, for whatever the reason, the AppStore way of trying to update didn't work...hopefully Apple will get that resolved!
