In case i'm buying Unlocked iPhone 7 with T-Mobile SIM or At & t SIM (paying full amount) option in apple site or store. can i use That i phone with different carrier like h2o wireless ?. Please help me.

When unlocked your have more choice for carrier.
Unlocked iPhones can only be purchased directly from Apple. An unlocked iPhone will NOT come with a SIM.
h2o is not a supported carrier. It may work, but some features may not be available. You'll have to work with h2o on that.
