I have iphone 5s my WiFi is showing hide I can't switched on my WiFi plzz help

See if either of these Apple Support articles can help:

Apple Support - If your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch won't connect to a Wi-Fi network
Apple Support - If Wi-Fi is grayed out or dim on your iPhone, iPad, or iPod Touch
