'Questions students missed the most' graph

I'm a math teacher, and want to get a graph and some stats about which questions were missed, and have a nice visual graph of that and get some statistics from there. I'm having trouble getting this done, not sure if I'm missing the wrong template or if I'm formatting the sheet incorrectly. Any suggestions?

I suggest starting with something like this:

User uploaded file

the first row is a header row

the last two rows are footer rows.

User uploaded file

enter the students names in the first column and format the cells for each question as a checkbox

In the footer rows (row 10 and 11 in this example) the totals will be created by using formulas.

B10=COUNTIF(B, TRUE)

this is shorthand for... select cell B10, then type (or copy and paste from here) the formula:

=COUNTIF(B, TRUE)

B11=COUNTIF(B, FALSE)

select cells B10 and B11, copy

select cells B10 thru the end of column 11, paste

select ROW 11 and add the 2D column chart

now adjust as needed
