ios10 - problem in sound

hi,

i have 32 GB iPhone 5s and was just upgraded to iOS 10. i notice that since then i have problem in notification sound... i thought the problem was only in whatsapp but now i think it is in all notification sound including incoming calls. i tried to uninstall and install whatsapp but it did not work... also do hard reset...

can anyone help?

To rule out a software issue, set it back to factory settings, without using any backup afterwards, set up the personal details manually and then test the sound again.

Use iTunes to restore your iOS device to factory settings - Apple Support

If the problem is not solved, you'll have to get the phone serviced.
