Not really understanding your problem, maybe this will help:

WIth disks larger than 2.2 TB there is a bug is in the ERASE function in Disk Utility, 10.8.4 and later. If you can use PARTITION directly without ERASE, you will also avoid the Bug.

Work arrounds is erasing the disk using a Disk Utility from any older Mac OS X, including the 10.6 DVD (if your Mac can boot from it) or any saved Installer DVD or thumb drive will work.

Another work-around is to move that drive to an external enclosure and Erase it there (provided your enclosure is modern enough to deal with drives over 2.2TB.

    Hi there,

it would be good if a little more context could be provided but going off what you have said it sounds like there is not enough space on the disk for OS X Yosemite to be installed onto it

When I use 128GB, 256GB, 512GB, 1TB, 2TB size disk to boot Mac OS, it is finished no more than 10 sec.

But, 4TB disk is very long time to boot-up about 1 min.

Is there any compatibility problem in 4TB or more size disk with Mac OS?

Post a screenshot of what Disk Utility shows about the disk

How did you install Yosemite on the disk? Did you use a Yosemite installer?

Clone it from another disk? If cloned, how cloned?
