I had a problem with my update of IOS on my iPad Air, I have managed to downgrade to IOS 9.
I am now trying to restore my iPad from the iCloud, but it keeps coming back saying:
"Cannot Restore Backup"
any Idea what I can do?

I am able to restore from iTunes, but my latest back-up is on iCloud, therefore I would prefer to restore from there.
