Q: Low sound volume even on high, also distorted sound

Hello all of a sudden sound volume low on IPad Air even on max volume. Also sound distorted. Any advice please? Thanks

    Hi

    Try a reboot press & hold power button & menu button hold both

    Down until you see apple logo 

    This can take 30  seconds

    It might be a hardware problem .

    If you still have a problem make an appointment at apple store

    Or contact   support.apple.com
