Was the indicator light green before and just starting blinking amber......or.....do you have a new AirPort Time Capsule that has not yet been configured?
What operating system is installed on the device that you are using to administer the AirPort Time Capsule?
Can you please provide the model number of your Time Capsule?
Have you attempted to update the firmware of your Time Capsule recently?
Other than the fact that the amber light is blinking, does your network seem to be operating normally?
Once we have some basic information, we can being to troubleshoot this issue.
