    Hi wabudiab,

Thanks for using the Apple Support Communities. We're sorry to hear that you are having this issue with your MacBook Pro. If you are having issues with the keyboard input, but only at the Login screen, you may want to try booting to Safe Mode and seeing if the issue persists. You may find the following article helpful:

    Thank you Jeremy,

I've tried that but it didn't work, I tried also to reinstall the OS from the system without wiping the drive but still facing the problem, actually i am trying not to go to the point to wipe it and reinstall it.

I remember that the last two applications I installed were Tuxera and Paragon ntfs but i tried to uninstall them but i am not sure if they're fully uninstalled could be malware? how can i be sure that they're all uninstalled?

    any other suggestions?

    Hi wabudiab,

If you were working with applications that might affect the file system just prior to this issue starting, that could potentially be the cause, especially if reinstalling the OS did not resolve it. If possible, you could test by booting to a fresh copy of the OS on a different drive/volume (formatted OS X Extended Journaled); if that resolves the issue, you may need to do a full reformat & reinstall of the OS on your primary drive.

    Regards.

    Thank you Mr. Sterling,

would you please explain to me how can i do test booting to a fresh copy of the OS on different Volume/ Drive?

I would try this before I do the full format.

do you think should I wait until the release of OS Sierra? is it available yet? could this help resolving the issue?
