Q: iTunes can't stop shuffling

I recently updated iTunes to the newest version last week. I'm trying to listen to a new album I imported and after every song iTunes shuffles to another song from another artist. I checked to make sure that all shuffling was turned off, even turning it on and then turning it off, but it continues to shuffle. How do I make this stop? It is really annoying. Thanks.
