Sep 19, 2016 6:08 AM in response to akram171by KiltedTim,Make an appointment at the genius bar of your local Apple Store or take it to whoever provides service in your country. They will explain your options.
Replacement devices come from service stock. They may be new, or they may be remanufactured, there is no way for you or Apple Store staff to tell.
