Update to iOS 10

Hi, today Idid update to iOS 10, after that my phone turn on and since then I can't do anything with it. Only dispalys invitation in many languages. I can't turn it off, main button also dosn't work. I contact apple supportt through PC and they tried to call me few times but I can't answer the phone...was tying many times contact them throug chat but they didn't answer after first time and after many other tried they not let me chat with them, just trying to call me. This is madness, wrote them in mails they sending me that they calling that I can not answer the phone but seems like this mails are only going one way. What should I do? I need phone.
