Setting up a "per connection" wifi password

I am giving my children an old iPhone of ours, but don't want them to have constant access to the wifi.

Because the phone used to belong to us, the connection is automatic. How do I change this so that you have to put in the wifi password every time you turn on the Wifi in Settings?
