Q: my macbook air turn on and turn off

Hey,

My mac-book air turning on with apple logo and loading wheel, then immediately turning off.

The power cable is connected.

**The mac-book air was not used last year.

Thanks,

Idan.

Please read If your Mac won't turn on - Apple Support. The comment most likely to be related to your concern is "If you're using a Mac notebook, leave the power adapter connected long enough to provide an adequate charge to the battery."

Allow plenty of time for the battery to develop an adequate charge — at least a couple of hours. If you can never get it to charge at all, the prolonged storage time may have rendered the battery unusable. If that's the case Apple can replace it for a reasonable fee.

Step 6 is not applicable to your MacBook Air.

Thanks John, but I did all the steps you suggested and still same status..

It look like my battery is ok.
