bluetooth not available

Can't get bluetooth working on my macbook pro 2015. Running OS 10.11.6.

1. Tried deleting com.apple.bluethooth.plist in Library/Preferences

2. Tried resetting SMC

3. Tried resetting PRAM

None have worked. Help!

Does System Profiler/Information show that the BT hardware is installed?

What specific MacBook Pro model?
