My father didn't download last ipad update. Now it's not letting him ? It says he's up to date, but he's one update behind. He didn't install it when it was lit up on his home screen. Probably three weeks ago. Now his iPad isn't working correctlly. It says he's up to date. He's not. He's one behind.
