Recharged in a bad game.

HI,

i run into a problem recently. I saw this new game came out called pokeland legend. i saw this game from other country before even though this one is just a copy of Exact same thing. So i decided to go to a new server and spend some money to be number 1. so i spent about 500 dollars on the first two days and then i found out that the game has a lot of bugs and connection problem. Like ranking number 1 reward was never given daily(that was the whole point of rank 1), game crashes more often now and the developer does nothing but to open new servers every 6 hours. Me and a lot of other people are complaining on there facebook page, but no answer. And i tried to talk to them directly on facebook, even though it shows that their status is active, for 3 days i never get any answer and i try to talk to them everyday.

WHat should i do on this case, my money is wasted because there's no reward for it, The money that i spent didnt even get me what i wanted. And developer is just ignoring all the complains. Am i able to get refund from the game through apple support since the developer is not replying me?

THanks, i tried a whole morning trying to play but the connection is just too laggy.
