Q: Activation Lock Help

I have bought a second hand Apple Iphone 5 , the previous owner did reset the phone but then did not remove it from the list of devices on his apple id. I do have an invoice stating the ownership.

 

So what do I do from here.

    Only the previous owner can unlock the phone, either by providing his Apple ID and password or by removing it from his list of devices. If you are unable to get him to do this you will never be able to use the phone: Apple cannot unlock it for you. If possible you should return it to wherever you bought it from and demand a refund.
