Q: I'm receiving my texts messages hours later with ios10

So I just updated to iOS 10 and so far everything had been normal. A few days in my group chats have stopped working, well until it's a couple hours later in the middle of the night when I will receive about 40 messages from some of the group chats I am a part of. Some of my text messages won't send to android users as well. I have tried resetting my network settings and that didn't help at all... I don't know what I should do.

    i have had this issue for a few months now, but it's getting worse.  Apple hasn't even bothered trying to help.

     

    I Have at&t, is that what you have?

     

    im wondering if jailbroke phones have this issue.  Seems like that might be the easier path to being able to use my phone.
