Q: iPhone 6S Plus will not charge after being exposed to rain

I was at a music festival this weekend and it started raining. My phone wasn't exposed to the rain for long, but once I got back indoors, it started to not charge. The flashing battery will come on, and it has powered on a few times since then, but it doesn't stay on for long. Any hopes for saving it?

Probably not as it sounds like something shorted out the moment in get wet.  And continuing to try to charge or use it is almost guaranteed to have made it even worse. You can take it to Apple for a free evaluation, after which they will tell you your options.

    Hello, Michael is right.

Please do not try to charge it for the moment. If water, or just humidity was inside, it will probably create a short-circuit.

What you should do is, I suppose, let your iPhone get some rest for a few hours to a day, and even more if you can.

    So that the humidity evacuates.

In case you've short-circuited it, send it for repair would be a great option.
