Apple ID

Apple ID has been disabled. What should I do to enable it? Don't remember answers for the secret questions and can not miss them, as the system requires for the answer before missing them.

You should be able to reset the account's password via email on http://iforgot.apple.com : If your Apple ID has been locked - Apple Support

You might then need to log out and back into the account wherever you're using it : What to do after you change your Apple ID email address or password - Apple Support

If you can't reset it via email then contact Support in the country where you are (and which is therefore the country on your account) to the account re-enabled : Contact Apple for help with Apple ID account security - Apple Support

To reset your security questions : If you forgot the answers to your Apple ID security questions - Apple Support

Thank you very much for your reply. i have reset secret questions yesterday late evening, but trying to update programmes, which require update on the Apple Store the devise still writes the same mistake: Apple ID has been disabled. Maybe I should wait for some time (24 hours has not yet passed).

If after 24 hours the problem is still same, then I will write again.

You've reset the account's password and then logged out and back into the account everywhere ?

Yes, I have reset the accounts password, changed 3 secret questions and answers. Then logged out using iiTunes and Apple Store. Then logged in again and still when I try to update programmes in Apple Store the window with answer: apple ID has been disabled comes out.

I Did these excercises with password and questions yesterday late evening, so 24 hours has not yet passed. Maybe if I wait it will work in the evening.

If not, then I will write again.

You shouldn't need to wait for it to work, it should be pretty much instant. Try contacting iTunes Support via the 'contact us' link at the bottom right of every page on here and see if they can/will re-enable it
